Pickup from Surabaya or Malang. Drive to Lumajang. Trek to the base of Tumpak Sewu β Java's most spectacular waterfall. Explore Goa Tetes cave. Overnight near the waterfall.

Transfer to Bromo
Optional Madakaripura Waterfall en route. Scenic drive to the Bromo Tengger area. Check in to hotel.

Bromo Sunrise & Ijen
Pre-dawn jeep to sunrise viewpoint. Crater hike. Sea of Sand. Afternoon drive east to Banyuwangi for Ijen.

Geographically it makes sense β Tumpak Sewu is west of Bromo and Ijen is east. Doing it first means you travel west-to-east with no backtracking.
Do I need water shoes for Tumpak Sewu?+
Yes β water shoes are essential for the canyon descent. We strongly recommend bringing your own.
Is this tour suitable for all fitness levels?+
Each day is independently manageable. Tumpak Sewu descent is the most physical. Many guests aged 50+ complete this tour without issue.
